Your child’s safety is my top priority. As a father of a 4-year-old, I instinctively prioritize safety. I have also completed a Certified Professional Newborn Photographer course to ensure expert care and handling of newborns.
The best time for newborn portraits is within the first month, ideally between 7-21 days. At this stage, babies sleep up to 18 hours a day and still maintain the natural, curled position from the womb.
While most sessions are held at my studio, which is specifically set up for optimal results, I can arrange to come to your home if needed. Please note that additional transportation costs may apply in such cases, especially if there are cultural considerations on your part.
Absolutely! Personal items you’ve made or purchased can add a unique and meaningful touch to the session, making the portraits even more special for you. But please inform us advance so that will consider this during the session.
It’s completely normal for your baby to get fussy or hungry during the session. If that happens, we simply take a break, offer some comfort, and continue once your baby is settled. Patience, warmth, and gentle rocking usually do the trick!
The ideal time for a maternity photo session is between 32 to 36 weeks. At this stage, your belly is beautifully defined, and you’re still comfortable enough to enjoy the session before the final weeks of pregnancy set in.
For the Smash photo session, please bring a change of clothes and a towel for both you and your child. Additionally, it’s a good idea to have wet wipes and tissues on hand for any messes or clean-up during the session.
